Text Box: It is one of our most important goals to provide an opportunity for performers to demonstrate their skill and talent in both China and America. We organize all kinds of professional arts groups in events, festivals, and concerts. We especially like to bring American artists on tours in China and vice versa. We give this opportunity to all kinds of fine arts ensembles, including acrobatic, drum, dance, instrumental, vocal, and many other performing groups.
Usually, we organize groups for two-week tours in China. We represent many large Chinese International Arts Festivals, such as the Kunming International Arts Festival, the Beijing International Music Festival, the Guang Xi International Folk Song Festival, the Chengdu International Panda festival, the Sichuan International Broadcasting Festival, and the China National Dance Festival, to name a few. We serve as their go-between in inviting American groups to China. Besides entering groups into these festivals, we also take them on a performing tour in several cities afterwards.
We have a relationship with fine arts companies in numerous cities, including Beijing, Shenyang, Xian, Chengdu, Tianjing, Kunming, Guiyang, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. They are all professional arts companies. We have been working with them for many years and they have hosted many of our performing groups. They are very warm and welcoming, and also very professional in what they do. Because of their professional service, artists have a good time in China and enjoy performing there.
Usually, we book events one or half a year ahead of time. We request that all groups that want to perform in China give us detailed information, such as video tapes, CDs, photos, programs, group history individual information, if available. This information is sent to China before the performances and used as advertising for the concert and to make the programs for each show. The information is also very helpful in securing government approval. A usual performance from overseas in China requires a little time for the government to process the request to perform and grant their permission. Three or two months before the performance, we let the group know the route of their tour, the location of each theater, and the exact dates of each performance.
In order to create a strong and friendly relationship, we introduce Chinese artists to foreign performers and allow the overseas performers to give special master classes and presentations in arts universities.
